| 1.
| Prior to paint application of primer or paint, fitted panels should be baked in a spray booth at 60°C for a minimum of 1 hour. This is to evaporate off any remaining solvents in the fibreglass. (Panels can be baked prior to fit if preferred; although fitted panels are better supported).

| Prepare all surfaces with 180 grit paper.

| 3.
| Check for any pinholes or scratches.
|
| 4.
| Degrease throughly.
|
| 5.
| Apply surfacing primer (e.g. 2 pack primer).
|
| 6.
| Guide coat and flat with 800 grit wet and dry.
|
| 7.
| Clean with spirit wipe.
|
| 8.
| Apply paint as required and bake at 40°C.
|
| 9.
| Check manufactures drying times prior to stage 10.
|
| 10.
| Flat with 1500 wet and dry and compound with G3 (cutting compound).
|
| 11.
| Polish with sheepskin mop of by hand using quality car wax.
|
|
| NB. Avoid using car waxes containging silicones within the paint shop enviroment, silicones contaminate the paint process.
