| BONNET PANEL INSTRUCTIONS

| 1.
| Remove bonnet.
| 
|
| 2.
| Mark out cut outs as per DIA. 1.
|
| 3.
| Cut through entire bonnet and sound proof liner.
|
| 4.
| Position vent panel on bonnet and clean paint back to primer where panel contacts bonnet. (see painting advice).
|
| 5.
| Chemically clean with spirit wipe contact surfaces and apply bond. Hold in position with masking tape untile fully cured.
|
| 6.
| Cut out vent slot.
|
| 7.
| Prepare for paint. (see painting advice).
|
| 8.
| Fit mesh to inside of vent slot using PU adhesive.
