| PANEL FITMENT

| 1.
| Having prepared the surface "dry" fit all panels with clamps or screws to check alignment.

| 2.
| Fit rear bumper to check panel fit (minor mis-alignment can be corrected at paint / filler stage).
|
| 3.
| Bond panels with adhesive supply clean surfaces with wipe off acetone minutes prior to bond application.
|
| 4.
| Fit inner arch liner (see fig. 3) and under seal arch. (Keep liner away from new outer panels by approximately 3mm, this prevents pressure witness lines appearing later).

| 5.
| Surface and blend new panels to original panels and fill flute in door for best overall finish.
|
| 6.
| Prepare for paint. (see painting advice).
